Your tasks:

  • Track the availability and quality of customization modifications in the Aircraft Configuration Control database and support dependable Request for Change coverage.
  • Prepare MOD build-ups for pre-development packages for larger projects and support project and chief engineering teams in reducing risks in new developments.
  • Help drive digitalisation, Lean opportunities, and process simplification to enhance configuration integration deliverables, rate adaptability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with international stakeholders in Finkenwerder and contribute to the ongoing improvement of configuration processes, tools, and workflow efficiency. VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:
  • Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, business informatics, or a comparable technical field, ideally at bachelor's level or above.
  • Early professional experience in configuration management, project management, process management, or a related aviation environment is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of cabin design, customization processes, and change management is desirable.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and common collaboration tools; experience with ICC, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, or Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a transnational team setting.
  • Open-minded approach, high motivation, and the confidence to question existing practices and contribute to improvements.
  • Ability to manage periods of high workload in a dynamic environment while remaining thorough and dependable.
  • Work Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
  • Very good command of English is required, German at least at a good working level. Benefits:
  • An unlimited employment contract - 35-hour workweek - 30 days of annual leave
  • An annual salary of around 80.000 €
