Chemical Technician (MNC / Woodlands / Edible Oil)

Basic: $ 2000 to $ 2200 + Allowance + OT (Gross up to $3440)

Working location: Woodlands

12 Hours Rotating Shift

No experience required. Training provided

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out process sampling

Monitor process condition

Record all operating conditions and process quality

Correct minor process deviations

Inform supervisor of any abnormality in operating conditions

Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule

Operate equipment / process according to authorised procedures

Perform housekeeping of process area and equipment

Ensure proper handling and taking over of duties during shift changeover

Process all non-GMO oil in accordance to authorised procedures

Comply to all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to WSH

Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements

NITEC and/or above in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
