Sales Administrator (Import and Export)

Job Description:

In charge of preparation and processing of sales order and handling of documentations

Responsible ensuring the accuracy in documents and emails as well as preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations

In charge of following up on the status of sales orders, payment checks as well as liaison with the relevant departments and organisation

Responsible in supporting teamwork and assist with ad-hoc task

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Business Adminstration or relevant

Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support / customer service with knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation

Letter of Credit knowledge will be a advantage
