Job Summary

You will manage car rental sales and operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions, handling vehicle handovers, managing accident and damage claims, and supporting rental payment follow-ups to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

Close sales deals and achieve rental sales targets through effective communication and negotiation with customers

Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction

Manage accident reports and insurance claim procedures to ensure timely resolution

Follow up on weekly rental payments and overdue accounts to maintain cash flow

Conduct vehicle handovers and returns by signing in/out vehicles with customers accurately

Inspect vehicles for damage claims and handle related issues to protect company assets

Perform administrative duties including documentation to support smooth operations

Work independently with responsibility and proactivity to meet operational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in car rental or automotive industry

Keen interest and familiarity with cars and motor industry operations

Retail experience

Basic salary: $3,000 - $3,500 (depending on years of car rental experience)
