Air Freight Operations Executive (CargoWise, Alt 5.5days, East)

Handle daily customer communications via calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses in a high-urgency environment.

Verify shipment documents against cargo and export permits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with internal teams (traffic, freight, operations) to arrange bookings and ensure smooth shipment execution.

Prepare shipment and billing reports, while resolving issues with customers and overseas counterparts to ensure timely operations.

Requirements

GCE O Level and above

Proficient in CargoWise system

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Self-motivated team player with good analytical skills, initiative, and willingness to support operations outside regular hours.
