AMACHA is modernising Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) by transforming traditional herbal wisdom into beautifully crafted beverages, desserts and experiences.

As we continue expanding across Singapore, we're looking for a passionate Junior Content Creator to join our marketing team. If you're someone who enjoys filming, editing and telling stories through social media content, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content that brings the AMACHA brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and other digital platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

Film and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu and other social media platforms.

Capture product photography, lifestyle photos and behind-the-scenes content.

Develop creative concepts, storyboards and content ideas together with the Marketing Manager.

Create authentic, story-driven content featuring our products, customers, staff and brand story.

Cover store openings, campaigns, collaborations and corporate events.

Stay up to date with social media trends and creatively adapt them to suit the AMACHA brand.

Organise and maintain the company's photo and video asset library.

Assist with simple graphic design, motion graphics or visual assets where required.

Ensure all content aligns with AMACHA's brand identity and quality standards.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating content—not just filming videos.

The ideal candidate should have:

Passion for content creation, storytelling and social media.

Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Xiaohongshu content trends.

Ability to create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Basic photography skills (preferred).

Comfortable filming using both smartphones and cameras.

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role involves creating bilingual content and supporting Chinese-language social media platforms.

Creative, proactive and eager to learn.

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
