Sales Consultant in Maid Agency

Company Overview

EP One Manpower has over ten years of experience helping families in Singapore find suitable domestic helpers. We are expanding and seek a proactive Sales Consultant to drive business growth and manage end-to-end placements with professionalism and care.

Job Summary

You will actively generate client leads, guide families through the domestic helper placement process, manage compliance documentation, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful placements and repeat business.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new client enquiries independently using local connections and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline

Conduct client needs assessments to match families with suitable domestic helpers effectively

Host interviews between employers and helpers, addressing concerns to facilitate confident placement decisions

Manage and verify all agency and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) documentation to ensure full compliance and smooth placement processes

Follow up with clients post-placement to support a smooth transition and foster ongoing relationships for repeat business and referrals

Negotiate terms with clients and helpers, applying quick thinking to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide excellent service and build trust

Required competencies and certifications

Hold an active CEI or KAH certification as mandated for domestic helper placement agents

Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in agency or commission-based sales with proven ability to self-source prospective clients

Exhibit strong communication skills and negotiation abilities to effectively close placements

Ability to sustain a 6-day work week to meet business demands

Base salary starting from $3,200
