Able Best Employment Agency has been helping Singapore families find suitable domestic helpers since 2003. We work with established partners in Indonesia, the Philippines and Myanmar, supported by our local sales, administration, operations and after-sales teams.

We are looking for a positive, responsible and customer-focused individual who wants to build a long-term career in sales and customer relationship management.

Maid-agency experience is not required. Structured guidance and on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant, you will assist families in understanding their domestic-helper requirements, recommend suitable candidates, arrange interviews and guide customers through the selection process.

Existing customer enquiries will be allocated, but you are also expected to build strong customer relationships, generate referrals and take ownership of your follow-ups and sales results.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone calls, online platforms and walk-ins

Understand each family’s requirements and recommend suitable domestic helpers

Explain the placement process, package details and relevant requirements clearly

Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and domestic helpers

Follow up consistently with prospective customers and guide them towards making a suitable selection

Manage customer expectations professionally and avoid making promises that cannot be fulfilled

Build good relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business

Work closely with the administration and operations teams to support smooth processing, deployment and handover

Provide appropriate after-sales support and escalate exceptional cases when necessary

Maintain accurate customer, follow-up and placement records

Work towards assigned monthly sales and service targets

Participate in company marketing, referral and customer-engagement activities when required

Who We Are Looking For

Positive, responsible and willing to learn

Comfortable speaking with customers through WhatsApp, telephone calls and face-to-face consultations

Able to follow up consistently without requiring constant reminders

Customer-focused while remaining confident and results-oriented

Organised and able to maintain accurate records

Able to handle customer questions and objections calmly

Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team

Customer service, retail, hospitality, telemarketing, insurance, recruitment or sales experience will be an advantage

Maid-agency experience is helpful but not required

CEI certification is preferred but not mandatory

Candidates without CEI must be willing to obtain the relevant certification

Additional language abilities may be useful when communicating with domestic helpers

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary: $2,400–$2,800, depending on relevant experience

Tiered commission for successful placements

Potential total monthly earnings of approximately $3,000–$6,000 or more, depending on performance

Existing customer enquiries allocated and Shared Pool of new customer enquiries

Structured training and ongoing mentorship

Established administration and operations teams to support placement processing

All commission and potential-earnings figures include variable performance-based payments. Actual earnings will depend on completed placements and individual performance.

Working Arrangement

Permanent full-time position

5.5 day week (One additional weekday off every alternate week)

Work location: Holland or Macpherson branch
