Prepared shipment bookings and shipping documents.

Coordinated packing and outbound shipment activities.

Ensured timely delivery of materials to customers.

Maintained shipping records and documentation.

Liaised with internal and external parties on shipment matters.

Tracked shipments and resolved delivery issues.

Operated forklifts and shipping systems.

Performed receiving, loading, and unloading activities.

Managed workload to meet shipment deadlines.

Requirements

Knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.

Experience in air and sea freight import/export is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and SAP systems.
