Job Summary

Join My Queen’s dedicated healthcare team to provide compassionate postpartum and baby care, supporting new mothers and their infants through recovery, feeding, safety, and wellness guidance.

Responsibilities

Clean, bathe, and change diapers for babies to maintain hygiene and comfort

Feed babies while ensuring safety and proper care of umbilical, oral, and eye areas

Record babies’ temperature, feeding patterns, and mental and physical behavior to monitor health

Track babies’ growth progress and report observations to supervisors

Guide parents on infection control and baby safety measures to promote wellbeing

Monitor mothers’ recovery progress and provide support during postpartum care

Teach mothers breastfeeding techniques and baby care skills to enhance confidence and success

Assist mothers in understanding and managing postnatal conditions for improved health

Collaborate with team members to fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Working Hours & Requirements

Day shift: 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM; night shift: 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM with incentives

Includes 1.5 hours of break time per shift

Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
