Job Summary

As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will provide compassionate care and support to mothers and newborns during their stay, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Clean, bathe, and change diapers for babies to maintain hygiene and comfort

Feed babies while ensuring safety and proper care of umbilical, oral, and eye areas

Record babies’ temperature, feeding patterns, and mental/physical behavior to monitor health

Track babies’ growth progress and report observations to healthcare team

Guide parents on infection control and baby safety practices to promote well-being

Monitor mothers’ recovery progress and assist in their postnatal care journey

Teach and support mothers in breastfeeding and baby care techniques

Collaborate with team members and assist with additional duties as directed by supervisors

Working Hours & Requirements

Day shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; night shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM with incentives

1.5 hours break included in shifts

Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
