Regional Alignment and Stakeholder Management

• Strengthen collaboration with Japan headquarters and subsidiaries across Asia.
• Report logistics KPI progress, performance trends, key issues, and improvement actions.
• Support regional deployment of headquarters’ direction and priorities.

Strategy and Planning

• Develop regional supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and subsidiary requirements.
• Lead regional demand, supply, and capacity planning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service levels, and end-to-end performance.

Inventory Optimization

• Govern inventory strategies that balance service readiness, working capital efficiency, risk, and business growth.
• Improve inventory visibility, accountability, and performance governance.
• Partner with Finance, Business Units, and subsidiaries to optimize stock positioning and profitability.

Governance and People Leadership

• Oversee compliance, governance, and international trade control requirements.
• Align budgets, resources, and priorities with regional objectives and cost discipline.
• Build leadership capability, succession depth, and team effectiveness.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

Job Requirement

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a regional or multi-market environment.

·       Minimum 20 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.

·       Leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

·       Project management and strategic planning.

·       Supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

·       International trade, import/export compliance, and customs requirements.
