Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Writer

Industry: Semiconductor / Electronics Testing Equipment

Location: Serangoon, Singapore

Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30AM–5:30PM

Salary Package: AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation covering engineering processes and business operations.

Extracting technical information and converting complex engineering processes into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.

Managing the full documentation lifecycle, including review, approval, and release of engineering documents, work instructions, and technical bulletins.

Interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and product information to ensure documentation accuracy.

Collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to maintain consistent documentation standards.

Conducting training and knowledge-transfer sessions using technical documentation when required.

Ensuring documentation meets quality standards and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Technical Writing certification is an advantage.

5+ years of technical writing experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or new product development environments.

Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to travel when required.
