Operations Assistant (4 Days per wk, Contract) Dhoby Ghaut #SJN

Working Hours: 4 Days per week

1100 - 1900 (3 Weekdays and 1 Weekend)

• Assist in preparing and verifying sales documents and forms for our client an utilities energy provider
• Assist in submission and tracking of rebates and related paperwork
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of retail transactions
• Data entry and updating of internal trackers
• Report to supervisor and assist to follow-up on outstanding documentation (e.g. forms, rebates, confirmations), delivery and installation appointments
• Escalate complex cases to supervisor
• Run errands as directed by supervisor

Salary: $12/hr
