Operating Theatre Staff Nurse - WCAN

Responsibilities for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:

Assist surgeons during operative procedures and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

Perform Scrub and/or Anaesthetic Unit (AU) nursing responsibilities in accordance with established clinical protocols.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and efficient patient transfer before and after surgery.

Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients' conditions.

Participate in the review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.

Willing to support a range of surgical disciplines.

Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
