Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

Manage full export operations: bookings, documentation, schedules, and customer coordination

Handle mandatory regulatory documentation: Japan exports, Halal, SFA, Health Certificates, COA & customs

Work closely with QA, Production, Warehouse, Procurement & Finance for timely shipments

Control export-related costs (freight, demurrage, detention)

Manage customer complaints and drive corrective actions

Maintain export reporting, dashboards, and management updates

Support cross-functional supply chain activities and process improvements

Requirements

5–8 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Export in Food Manufacturing

Mandatory: Japan export documentation experience

Strong knowledge of Halal, SFA & Health Certificates
