Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operation of the school
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
Ability to address customers concern/queries and follow up promptly
Able to work with other departments to understand operations of the company and ensure seamless customer experience
Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
To drive enrolment, retention and conversion numbers in assigned branch
Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
Requirements
Possess at least a Music Degree in Music
Proficiency in violin or piano
Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
Team player, able to work with minimal supervision
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work at “retail hours” including both weekends
Work Location: Choa Chu Kang
