Customer Service Executive

Job description:

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
• Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
• Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fee collection
• Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
• Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
• Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, studentintake/drop out, etc

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
• Self-driven and resourceful
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work at “retail hours” including both weekends
