Engineer (Power Generator Field) $7K – $8.5K / PB + VB (up to 3 months) / Company transport from Pioneer MRT

Key Duties

·       Track product performance in the field and recommend improvements to reliability, efficiency, and safety

·       Run technical reviews, testing, and validation on new designs

·       Lead feasibility studies for new product lines

·       Coach engineers and technicians, building a culture of continuous learning

·       Make sure all engineering work meets safety, regulatory, and quality requirements

·       Follow developments in diesel generation, hybrid power, and BESS — then propose and pilot what's worth adopting

·       Assess new products and components along side suppliers and partners

·       Provide technical support to sales and business development during client conversations

·       Run internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions

·       Manage relationships with external vendors and certification bodies

Requirements

·       Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering (or a related discipline)

·       5–7 years of relevant experience, minimum

·       Solid grounding in power generation, energy storage, and power distribution systems

·       A track record of leading or guiding engineering teams

·       Working knowledge of Singapore safety and regulatory standards is a plus
