Senior Customer Service Executive (Shipping)

Job Summary:

Up to $4,500

2-Year Contract

Located at Tuas (TransportProvided from CCK, Clementi, Lakeside & Boon Lay)

Completion Bonus

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-endcustomer orders from receipt and processing through delivery, invoicing andorder-status updates.

Serve as the key customer contact, handling enquiries, complaints and service issues while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.

Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Manage import/exportand shipping documentation, monitor customer service KPIs, and support processimprovements and SOP development.

Skills/Experience Required

Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.

4–7 years of customer service experience, preferably within the lubricants, chemicals or FMCG industries.

Experience in order management, import/export processes and documentation such as letters of credit, shipping and customs documents.

Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
