Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Quality (5D | East | Aerospace)

Job Summary

Lead and support quality assurance across end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring material integrity, regulatory compliance, supplier quality and continuous improvement within an aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure quality controls across receiving, warehousing, inventory and material handling activities.

Maintain proper  traceability, integrity and compliance  of aircraft parts and materials.

Manage  supplier quality issues and discrepancy reports, including investigations and corrective actions.

Conduct quality assurance reviews, risk assessments and process compliance checks.

Drive  root cause investigations and continuous improvement  initiatives.

Monitor quality performance and support supplier audits.

Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.

Support and guide the Quality Engineer while promoting a strong quality and product safety culture.

Requirements

Degree in  Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain  or related discipline.

Minimum  5 years of relevant experience  in Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Maintenance.

Aerospace / aviation / regulated industry experience preferred.

Experience in  QMS, supplier quality, investigations and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of  CAAS SAR-145, EASA Part-145 and/or AS9110  is advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
