As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently.

Process patient registrations and manage accounts receivable alongside other administrative responsibilities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective patient care and communication of updates.

Support general office tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Relevant experience in a customer service or patient-facing environment.

Strong communication and demonstrating a friendly and empathetic attitude.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficient in operating computer systems and office software.

Good interpersonal skills
