Customer Support Assistant (Contract) West, Part Time Evening hours #SJN

Full deployment hours are outlined below (to update on availability of days to commit) and indicate within CV

• Tuesday to Friday: 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm
• Saturday: 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm
• Sunday: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm or 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm

Hours will be rostered among 4 staff.

Case Operations x 3 Temps – 6 Months Duration

Responsibilities

• Support with engagement of migrant workers to create greater mindshare and show presence of government linked organisation.
• Provide operational support for government linked initiatives, particularly those involving engagement with the migrant worker segment across various locations island-wide.
• Support government linked initiatives in enhancing the effectiveness of trail projects (e.g., Chatbot) this will allow organisation to redeploy manpower in other keys areas where psychical needs are required.
• Conduct ad hoc surveys, while providing administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Willingness to commit to weekday evening and weekend deployments.
• Comfortable travelling across Singapore (majority West locations) for engagement activities.
• Able to work in migrant worker congregational areas, including dormitories and recreational centres.
• Proficient in basic use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
