Responsibilities

Support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions

Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, marketing and valuation decks

Build complex financial models for valuation exercises & analysis

Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company specific research

Manage transaction due diligence processes, data rooms and communications with clients and diligence advisors on live execution

Guide and support the team's analysts on analyses and creation of presentation materials

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

3-5 years of M&A work experience, preferably with an investment bank

Experience with financial modelling, valuation and the creation of impactful presentation material
