Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance & Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit  MAS regulatory reports, surveys and compliance returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Monitor regulatory requirements and support the implementation of  new or revised MAS regulations, including maintaining relevant documentation.

Manage  day-to-day accounting activities, including receivables, payables, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Support  GST, tax returns, DOS surveys  and other statutory reporting requirements.

Handle  back-office and treasury operations, including FX, money market, derivatives, bonds, loans, securities and custody activities.

Process  payment and settlement transactions  including SWIFT, FAST, GIRO and wire transfers, while supporting ad hoc operational requirements.

Requirements

Minimum  5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a  wholesale or international banking environment.

Good knowledge and hands-on experience with  MAS regulatory reporting, including MAS 610, MAS 649 and related regulatory returns is mandatory.

Good understanding of  corporate banking / corporate loan products  and related operational processes.
