Responsibilities

Conduct professional and consultative financial needs analysis to understand clients’ goals and recommend appropriate banking and wealth solutions.

Build and manage long-term client relationships through regular engagement, market updates, and ongoing advisory support.

Actively promote a comprehensive range of banking and wealth management solutions, including  investments, bancassurance, and lending products.

Deliver tailored financial strategies aligned with clients’ risk profiles and financial objectives.

Drive branch sales performance by supporting business development initiatives, client acquisition activities, and referral generation.

Ensure a high standard of customer service while maintaining strong sales discipline.

Comply with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Requirements

Minimum  1 year of experience  in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a  target-driven environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
