Business Analyst (Remittance)

Responsibilities

Drive process improvement initiatives across Remittance Operations.

Analyse existing workflows and develop As-Is / To-Be process flows to improve operational efficiency.

Gather and document business requirements for automation and system enhancements.

Collaborate with business users, IT, vendors and HQ teams to support solution design and implementation.

Coordinate UAT, testing and implementation of process improvements.

Identify opportunities to enhance KYC and banking operational processes.

Requirements

3+ years of Remittance Operations experience in banking.

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, process improvement or transformation projects within banking.

Strong knowledge of remittance and KYC operations.

Proficient in process mapping and business requirements documentation.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Exposure to automation or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
