Sr Executive, Clinical Standards & Improvement | Healthcare

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Monitor and review Mortality & Morbidity (M&M) submissions from clinical departments, ensuring timely follow-up on action plans.

Identify existing and emerging clinical risks across the organization and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Investigate clinical incidents and recommend practical interventions to enhance patient safety and care quality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous quality improvement and risk management efforts.

Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support decision-making and organizational improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.

Excellent planning, organizational, and project coordination abilities.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
