Responsibilities

On-site standby for immediate response to incidents.

Conduct routine equipment checks and report faulty items to the Engineer.

Escort and supervise S&M or Repair work, actively participating in hands-on tasks.

Monitor chiller plant performance, assisting the Engineer in optimization efforts.

Ensure proper documentation of Service Reports for periodic S&M and address customer complaints.

Requirements

1 year of experience or above in Chiller, ACMV, HVAC. On-site stationed.

Experience in liaising with third-party service deliverers.

Nitec or Diploma in related engineering filed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to support shift work/ overtime if needed.
