Regioanl Service Engineer (Mech, 6.5K, Office at CBD)

Role Summary

Tasks (including but not limited to):

All aspects of all makes and types of Industrial  Gearbox  &  Power Transmission  equipment service and repair

Strip, clean, inspect, repair, test run, report, assemble, pack, etc.

Establish root causes for Industrial and Wind power transmission equipment with minimum supervision.

Ability to exercise judgment on the spot and convey technical information to customers in order to reach the best outcome.

Frequent travel/site work will be required.

Willingness for learning and development, including OEM training.

Mandatory skills:

Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualified

Industry knowledge - transmission products

Customer service skills

Good to have Industrial Gearbox Testing, Cert of Dogging, Rigging, Workat height or training will be given

Safety conscious with a thorough understanding and compliance with work safety standards

Technical ability to read engineering drawings and workshop measuring equipment

Ability to manage workload with a results-driven attitude

Basic computer skills

Dedicated, reliable, and able to work in a team

Good communication skills
