Business Analyst (Product Operations / Agile)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Product Operations) to support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of digital products and systems. You will work closely with business users, product teams and technical teams to manage requirements, operational issues and product enhancements.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and operational requirements.

Work with stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Support incident and service request triage, including coordination with technical teams for resolution.

Analyse application issues, user feedback and operational data to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities.

Manage and prioritise product enhancement requests and operational backlog.

Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

Support UAT, release activities and post-deployment validation.

Maintain SOPs, process documentation, user guides and operational reports.

Coordinate across business, product, engineering and support teams to ensure smooth product operations.

Track issues, risks, actions and service performance.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Operations Analyst, Application Support Analyst or similar role.

Experience supporting digital products, applications or IT systems.

Good understanding of requirements gathering, process analysis and incident management.

Experience with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence is advantageous.

Experience with UAT, system enhancements and production support.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
