Conceirge - Receptionist (1-Year Contract) | East

⏰ Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and attend to visitors professionally

Handle incoming calls, enquiries, mail, parcels, and deliveries

Coordinate visitor access and support office security procedures

Maintain reception area and manage office supplies/inventory

Provide administrative and clerical support as required

Support meeting room bookings and boardroom coordination

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 3 credits

Prior receptionist, customer service, or office administration experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service-oriented with a professional approach to work

Able to comply with workplace dress code and organisational policies
