Senior Executive, Retail Leasing - Capitol Singapore & CHIJMES

Responsibilities

Support the Centre Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall

Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property

Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.

Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships

Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department

Responsible for all aspects of lease management

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 2 years’ experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry

Strong negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate

Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures

Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
