Job Description:
Position: Inflight Catering Crew / Inflight Meal Assembly Crew
Company: Well-established public-listed multinational provider of integrated aviation services
Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week / Rotating Shifts
Basic Salary: From $1,650 (commensurate with experience)
Shift Allowance: Average $270 per month
Joining Bonus: $5,000
Annual Benefits: AWS + Variable Performance Bonus
Holiday Credits: Up to $350 annually

Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
Work in a commercial kitchen preparing inflight meals for airline clients.
Retrieve passenger loads from the ICCMS system and support meal dishing and casserole assembly based on passenger requirements and flight schedules.
Follow dishing schedules and ensure all meal preparation is completed accurately and on time.
Adhere to HACCP, Medina food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and established food safety procedures.
Guide and monitor the performance of staff and service crew to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure strict compliance with dishing SOPs and operational standards.
Operate metal detectors and casserole sealing machines safely and efficiently.
Requirements
No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Knowledge of food hygiene and food handling procedures is an added advantage.
Able to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
Physically fit and able to lift catering materials weighing up to 25kg.
Good command of English with basic computer literacy and ability to operate relevant computer systems.
Willing and able to work a 6-day week on rotating shifts.
