About the Role

We are looking for Full-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at our outlet located at Raffles Place MRT Station.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be part of our front-line team, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and helpful customer service and assist customers with their purchases.

Operate the cashier and handle cashless and other payment transactions.

Pack customer orders and assist with product replenishment and restocking.

Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.

Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times.

Follow proper hygiene and food safety standards.

Assist with opening and closing duties, stock monitoring and daily outlet operations.

Support promotions, festive campaigns and other operational activities when required.

Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.

Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Passion for food and interest in local F&B brands is a plus!
