Key Responsibilities:

Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, daily bookkeeping transactions

Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements

Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closing

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records

Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions

Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring

Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters

Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agents, banks, and auditors and other external parties

Support other finance and accounting duties as required

Requirements

LCCI Diploma, ACCA level 1 or 2, Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

Min 3 years of relevant full-set accounting experiences

Preferably experience in F&B industry

Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software ABSS (formerly MYOB)

Meticulous, organized and able to work independently
