QS Engineer

Support the commercial team in managing tendering and pre-contract activities for M&E projects.

Review drawings, specifications and scope requirements to develop preliminary quantities and cost assessments.

Prepare pricing inputs, cost comparisons and budgetary estimates based on project requirements and prevailing rates.

Source and engage suppliers/subcontractors for quotations, technical inputs and commercial evaluation.

Conduct site visits to understand existing conditions, installation requirements and potential cost or technical implications.

Assist with tender clarifications, exclusions, qualifications and commercial submissions prior to bid closing.

Track material, labour and subcontractor pricing to maintain current cost benchmarks for future tenders.

Work with engineering, procurement and project teams to resolve scope, quantity and documentation discrepancies.

Upon award, compile and transfer relevant pricing, quantity and tender information to the project execution team.

Support tender presentations, commercial discussions and other pre-contract matters while providing practical site-based input.
