Job Summary

Design residential projects and manage project execution with a focus on delivering tailored interior solutions that reflect clients’ lifestyles and preferences.

Responsibilities

Lead meetings with prospects to gather detailed design requirements and client preferences

Develop innovative space planning and design concepts that align with client needs and lifestyle

Prepare accurate quotations to support project costing and budgeting decisions

Coordinate and oversee project execution by managing contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate passion and creativity in interior design to inspire innovative solutions

Communicate clearly and professionally to engage clients and team members

Collaborate as a proactive team player to contribute to project goals

Apply proficiency in Autocad and Sketchup to create and refine design plans

Hold a minimum Diploma in a relevant field to support foundational knowledge

Willingness to learn through training and mentorship programs
