Position Title: Marketing Executive

Working Location: Ayer Rajah (Near MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8.30am – 6pm); Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Plan effective marketing campaigns and strategies.

Ensure consistent corporate branding across all marketing and corporate materials to maintain a strong brand identity.

Organize and participate in events such as seminars, trade shows, and networking sessions.

Perform market research to track trends, brand awareness, and competitors’ activity.

Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

Manage and regularly update the company’s website content.

Provide the sales team with up-to-date product information.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and marketing agencies.

Collaborate with country managers, sales teams, principals, and government agencies.

Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within a B2B setting.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Software skills in Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and Google Analytics are a plus.
