Position Title: Marketing Executive

Working Location: Kallang

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm

Salary Package: Basic up to $4,600 + Incentive + Performance Bonus + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute B2B marketing activities, including campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.

Research market opportunities and identify potential customers across targeted industries.

Maintain and improve CRM databases to support customer growth.

Engage customers to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Prepare reports and insights to support sales strategies and business decisions.

Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion and performance.

Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and internal systems for reporting and analysis.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.

3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing and lead generation.

Experience in campaign execution and sales support initiatives.

Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is advantageous.

Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects.
