Position Title: Construction Supervisor

Working Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday 8am to 5pm

Salary Package: Basic up to $4,500 + Fixed Allowance + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedules, drawings, and specifications.

Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.

Conduct site inspections and resolve day-to-day site issues promptly.

Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available for planned activities.

Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and attendance records.

Attend site meetings and liaise with project engineers, consultants, and clients.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years of construction site supervision experience.

Experience in building construction projects is preferred.

Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and WSH requirements.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment.
