Position Title: Production Engineering Technician

Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)

Working Hours: Rotating 12-hrs Shift (8am - 8pm/ 8pm - 8am)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + AWS + Sign-On Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor thermal treatment, milling, sieving, and blending operations to meet process requirements.

Operate on-site processing equipment according to the operation plan and procedures.

Carry out routine checks and basic upkeep to ensure all machinery remains in good working condition.

Accurately weigh materials before and after processing, and record results in the required documentation.

Label and pack recovered products (e.g., containers, drums, tankers) in line with customer specifications.

Support daily maintenance coordination and take part in maintenance work, including unit start-ups/ shutdowns of sections.

Maintain 5S standards and ensure the work area is safe, clean and secured.

NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

Prior exposure to chemical process operations and analytical/ testing procedures is an advantage.

Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Able to handle physical duties, with good practical and hands-on technical capability.
