Position Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working Location: North - Sungei Kadut (Transport provided from Kranji MRT to the company)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Friday: 8.30am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Capable of reading and interpreting tender specifications and drawings

Proficient understanding of contract management, QS procedures, and pricing

Tasked with assembling a comprehensive mechanical (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) tender, which includes pricing tabulation, sourcing suppliers, BQ take-off, and Value Engineering, among other duties

Accountable for compiling tender documents for submission

Assigned to carry out administrative responsibilities

Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Min 3 years of working experience in the related field

Skilled in utilizing Word, Excel, and PDF conversion tools

Training is provided to inexperience candidate
