Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Food Distribution (FMCG)

Position Title: Customer Service

Working Location: Novena

Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Sat: Flexible working hours)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000 + AWS + Commissions + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers and provide product information and recommendations.

Promote products and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.

Process customer orders, payments, and sales transactions.

Maintain product displays and ensure the store/front office is organised.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when required.

Support promotions, product launches, and in-store sales activities.

Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Prepare basic sales and customer service records.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams on customer orders and deliveries.

Perform other customer service and store-related duties as assigned.

Relevant experience in customer service, retail sales, FMCG, food distribution, or a related environment is preferred.

Comfortable with product promotion and working towards sales targets.

Able to handle customer enquiries and resolve basic service issues.

Able to work effectively in a frontline/store environment.

Basic computer and administrative skills.
