Job Description

Position Title: Inside Sales

Working Location: Kallang

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm

Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + Incentive + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to manufacturing contacts to introduce company products and services.

Generate new leads and qualify potential customers for the sales team.

No product selling or closing is required.

Record call details, customer information, and lead status accurately.

Follow up with potential customers where required.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation activities.

Maintain a professional phone manner when speaking with customers.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification.

Comfortable making outbound calls to different types of contacts.

Good communication skills and fluent in spoken languages.

Confident, proactive, and willing to engage customers over the phone.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
