Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Working Location: Nearest MRT – Mattar

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for carpark system solutions.

Generate sales invoices and manage supporting documentation.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer requirements, inquiries, and product information.

Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve established targets.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and SEO efforts.

Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

ITE/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.

Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Prior experience with carpark systems is beneficial, but not mandatory.
