Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Junior Beautician to join our innovative and client-focused team at The Face Century. You will provide high-quality beauty treatments and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist senior beauticians in performing beauty treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair styling to support client satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment

Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide personalized beauty recommendations that enhance their experience

Support appointment management and deliver excellent customer service to maintain smooth salon operations

Stay informed on the latest beauty trends and techniques to improve service quality

Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to develop and refine beauty skills

Required competencies and certifications

Hold certification from a recognized beauty school or program as proof of foundational knowledge

Demonstrate basic knowledge of beauty treatments and products to assist effectively in service delivery

Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to build positive client relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Previous experience working in a beauty salon or spa environment to contribute practical knowledge

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to support a harmonious work atmosphere

Willingness to learn and adapt to new beauty techniques to continuously improve service offerings
