Project Coordinator (Engineering)

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Project Coordinator (Engineering) to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the execution of ACMV projects, including project scheduling, preventive maintenance, delivery, and installation activities.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.

Organize project meetings, track action items, and assist in resolving project-related issues.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Process product certifications (such as ISO, SGBC documentation)

Manage incoming inventory by verifying deliveries and maintaining accurate stock records.

Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers as required.

Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, technical support, or engineering administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management is an advantage.

Able to work on Saturdays (half day).
