Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities and project progress.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, specifications and quality requirements.

Monitor project costs, resources, manpower and work schedules.

Attend project/site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Review drawings, method statements, work schedules and project documentation.

Coordinate site activities and resolve technical or operational issues.

Ensure works comply with project requirements, safety standards and relevant Singapore regulations.

Manage subcontractors and ensure works are carried out according to approved plans and schedules.

Assist with variation works, progress claims and other project-related documentation.

Perform other project management duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry is preferred.

Experience in project/site management and coordination.

Good understanding of construction processes, drawings and project documentation.

Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and workers.

Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.

Willing to attend different project sites when required.

Working Arrangement:

6-day work week (Monday to Saturday). Occasional Sunday work may be required based on project needs, with time off in lieu provided accordingly.
