HR Manager/ HR Specialist (Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry)

Responsibilities

Manage and support the full spectrum of HR operational activities for the Singapore office

Lead recruitment activities across operational, sales, commercial, and corporate functions

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with Singapore regulations

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, performance reviews, leave, benefits, and employee relations

Support management in manpower planning, workforce development, and organisational initiatives

Coordinate payroll-related HR matters and maintain accurate employee records

Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on day-to-day HR matters

Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

Support the development of HR processes and practices as the business continues to grow

Ensure HR practices are aligned with the operational requirements

Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

At least 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Transportation industry

Good understanding of the HR practices and working environment within the logistics or freight forwarding industry

Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
